On Wednesday, September 22, 2010 between the hours of 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM there will be emergency vehicles and emergency responders on the premises of River Rouge High School (1460 W. Coolidge Hwy.). This is a practice drill that the police and fire departments will be participating in. Please do not be alarmed by the unusual activity that may occur around the school. We hope every student, staff, and community member had a safe and fun summer! Unfortunately all good things come to an end, and doors to new good things open! Tuesday, September 7, 2010 is the opening of one of those new good things. School will be starting back up. We have been working hard in the district on many new ideas and programs for our students. Teachers have been working on new ideas for teaching, support staff have been working on preparing the buildings and assisting the teachers to make sure that everyone is successful! |

The original website created for RiverRougeSchools.org was corrupted during some file uploads. This site is a near identical replica of the original. The few differences are in the organization and what I have learned about the site software since originally creating the district website.
