Parents/Students - Remote Learning Notice
If you or your student are experiencing a connectivity issue or have trouble logging into a district issued Google account please call 248-538-7374 and press 5 immediately after the system answers.
Help desk hours are Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM, starting Tuesday, Septermber 8, 2020.
If your call is not answered please leave a message. Most calls will be returned within 15.
The support desk will only be able to do basic assistance on connecting the Chromebook and logging into the Chromebook. Any programs or applications used in a class will not be able to be supported by the support desk.
To have a district issued Google account password reset you or your student will need the last four digits of the student number.
Support for personal devices not owned by the district may be available, but will be limited to the student login to their district issued Google account.
Support tickets will be addressed by order of importance and oldest first.
Use of the portal requires logging in using a network ID.
If you do not know your network ID you may use the e-mail address provided.
The e-mail must be sent from a RiverRougeSchools.org e-mail address.
Please do not submit the same issue multiple times.
