Asynchronous Days Monday & Tuesday

Greetings High School Scholars and Families:

The district has decided to shut down the buildings on Monday and Tuesday of next week to ensure every building will be deep cleaned to help mitigate the spread of COVID.  These two days will be asynchronous for students.  Students can access Google Classroom via phone, computer, laptop, or gaming systems to review and submit make-up work.  No new work will be assigned however, students should check in Google Classroom for make up and attendance.  Teachers will also post their office hours for both Monday and Tuesday so students can get support if needed.

We encourage you to continue to stay safe and healthy as well as enjoy your Holiday next week!

Weekly Updates, 10-11-2021

Hello High School Panther Scholars and Families:

Please read the following updates for this week, October 11-15, 2021.  We are entering our 6th week of school and continue to see progress and growth in our students.  We want to remind students and parents of the importance of attendance as well as adhering to all behavior expectations, including dress code, appropriate classroom behavior and school-appropriate behavior.  Be mindful that students will be addressed accordingly as we enforce a positive school culture.

This week, student progress reports will be issued at our Parent-Teacher Conferences, but grades will also be available to view on Student and Parent Connect if you are unable to make it to conferences.  We will offer virtual and in person options for our Parent Teacher Conferences.

On Wednesday, October 13th, students will still have early release and conferences will be held in person from 3:30-6:30pm in the high school cafeteria.

Thursday, October 14th is a half day of school for students with dismissal at 11:10am.  Conferences will be held virtually and via teleconference from 12:30-3:30pm.  Please check your email and other communication from your child's teachers.  The second session on Thursday will be in person from 4:30-6:30pm in the high school cafeteria. Please see the flyer attached.

We look forward to talking with you further.  If you are unable to make it to conferences, please contact your child's teacher.  We have included an email contact list for your convenience.

We are excited for an amazing week!

Return to School

Hello High School Scholars and Families:

We are 1 week away from the return to school for our Fall 2021 semester.  It has been some time but we look forward to celebrating having our scholars in school.  As a reminder, we look forward to seeing our students on Tuesday, September 7th for the first day back to school!  We will follow all safety measures but know that learning in person benefits our scholars on many levels.

Please find the presentation video for the Return to School Plans for high school.  You can access the video via the link below.
