Maintenance Request

Signing into the portal requires the use of a staff network ID and network password.
Example: John.Doe@RiverRougeSchools.org

If you do not know your network ID please use the e-mail request below to submit your maintenance issue and then create a Technology request to request your network ID or password.

Maintenance Service Desk Access

Please do not submit multiple issues on one request.  Each issue needs to be on a seperate request. Please do not submit the same issue multiple times.

You may sign in to the service desk to track the issues you report and submit new issues.

You may also e-mail your issue to the following e-mail address. Please include your building and room number in any e-mail request. (Right-click on the e-mail address to copy and paste into GMail if necessary)
